In 1985 I became a licensed real estate agent. I didn't have to interview with any other companies because I knew BayShore Agency was where I wanted to be. As I became more acclimated with the community, I decided that Tuckerton is where I also wanted to build my dream home.
I love Tuckerton and have become very involved with the community.

My family grew when I became part of the BayShore Family. The education and the nurturing we receive has been benificial in my ability to succeed. Success in real estate is not only based on your income, but it is knowing that your interests lie soley and foremost in providing a service.

As team manager Harry is recognized in the real estate business as an industry leader. His individual areas of expertise helped BayShore Agency enjoy continued success and professional growth. Harry grew up surrounded by the real estate business. His parents had the vision to start BayShore Agency in 1967. Harry joined the firm in 1978. Having always believed that the key to success is knowledge, Harry obtained the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) designation, the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, the CRS (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in addition to earning his Brokers license in his first five years in the business. Harry was also one of the first 500 Realtors in the US to be certified as an ePro (Internet Empowered Professional). Harry is also a long standing member of the Ocean County Board of REALTORS, the New Jersey Association of REALTORS. Harry's resume includes a wealth of knowledge in the area of technology.
Starting with vision of Harry Disbrow Sr. and Marie Disbrow in 1967 and continuing with the drive of Harry and Diane Disbrow, it is no wonder that BayShore Agency enjoyed an outstanding and professional reputation and success in their market areas.
